FREM3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FREM3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. CESC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FREM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MC3R, FGF5, and CLRN1. Each is linked with FREM3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FREM3-to-partner and partner-to-FREM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FREM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FREM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
