Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FREM2-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FREM2-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher FREM2-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FREM2-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and LUSC show a favorable association.

DLBC, KIRP, and HNSC are the cancer types where FREM2-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
