Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FRAT1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FRAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, eEF2, and Heregulin. Each is linked with FRAT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRAT1-to-partner and partner-to-FRAT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by FRAT1-low versus FRAT1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FRAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FRAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
