The most reproducible FRA10AC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD11, RPS24, and TWNK. Each is linked with FRA10AC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FRA10AC1-to-partner and partner-to-FRA10AC1 results are reported.
