FPR2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FPR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,650 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FPR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNFRSF10C, MTND4P22, and ABCB6. Each is linked with FPR2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FPR2-to-partner and partner-to-FPR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FPR2 versus TNFRSF10C in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FPR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FPR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
