FPGT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FPGT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 394 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FPGT-associated genes across cancer lineages are ENOPH1, MIR6090, and MIR6499. Each is linked with FPGT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FPGT-to-partner and partner-to-FPGT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ENOPH1 grouped by FPGT-low versus FPGT-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FPGT→partner) and Y-score (partner→FPGT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
