Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FPGT-TNNI3K Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FPGT-TNNI3K data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher FPGT-TNNI3K Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FPGT-TNNI3K expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, LUSC, and PRAD are the cancer types where FPGT-TNNI3K Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
