FPGS

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FPGS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,239 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FPGS-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARPC5L, FBXW5, and AGPAT2. Each is linked with FPGS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FPGS-to-partner and partner-to-FPGS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FPGS versus ARPC5L in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FPGS→partner) and Y-score (partner→FPGS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
