FOXRED2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOXRED2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXRED2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, JNK_pT183_Y185, and PDCD4. Each is linked with FOXRED2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXRED2-to-partner and partner-to-FOXRED2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by FOXRED2-low versus FOXRED2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXRED2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXRED2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
