FOXR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOXR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,328 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHRNA5, COX6CP3, and DPH6. Each is linked with FOXR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXR1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHRNA5 grouped by FOXR1-low versus FOXR1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
