FOXR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FOXR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFC1B, SPATA31D4, and OR13C3. Each is linked with FOXR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXR1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CFC1B grouped by FOXR1-low versus FOXR1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
