Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, FOXR1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 961 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FOXR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR162, USPL1, and SEMA4F. Each is linked with FOXR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXR1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR162 grouped by FOXR1-low versus FOXR1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
