FOXP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOXP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,411 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AURKB, TRAIP, and GAPDHP63. Each is linked with FOXP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXP2-to-partner and partner-to-FOXP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AURKB grouped by FOXP2-low versus FOXP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
