FOXP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOXP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,283 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PINCR, TNK1, and CRYBB2P1. Each is linked with FOXP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXP1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PINCR grouped by FOXP1-low versus FOXP1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
