Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FOXP1-IT1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FOXP1-IT1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher FOXP1-IT1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FOXP1-IT1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and HNSC show a favorable association.

THCA, LUSC, and UCS are the cancer types where FOXP1-IT1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
