Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FOXP1-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FOXP1-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher FOXP1-AS1 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FOXP1-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and SKCM show a favorable association.

BRCA, SKCM, and LAML are the cancer types where FOXP1-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
