FOXO3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FOXO3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXO3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GP2, CA5A, and GRIFIN. Each is linked with FOXO3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXO3-to-partner and partner-to-FOXO3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GP2 grouped by FOXO3-low versus FOXO3-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXO3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXO3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
