FOXN4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOXN4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,275 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FTHL17, RNU4-13P, and HMGB1P50. Each is linked with FOXN4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXN4-to-partner and partner-to-FOXN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FTHL17 grouped by FOXN4-low versus FOXN4-high in SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
