FOXN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOXN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,418 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRM7-AS2, CYCSP22, and COX6CP5. Each is linked with FOXN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXN3-to-partner and partner-to-FOXN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GRM7-AS2 grouped by FOXN3-low versus FOXN3-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
