Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FOXN3-AS2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FOXN3-AS2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher FOXN3-AS2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FOXN3-AS2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and SKCM show a favorable association.

UCS, BLCA, and SKCM are the cancer types where FOXN3-AS2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
