FOXN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOXN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,640 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPAST, ZEB2, and WDR35. Each is linked with FOXN2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXN2-to-partner and partner-to-FOXN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FOXN2 versus SPAST in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
