FOXN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FOXN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASB17, FOLR2, and GOT1L1. Each is linked with FOXN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXN2-to-partner and partner-to-FOXN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASB17 grouped by FOXN2-low versus FOXN2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
