Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FOXL1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FOXL1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher FOXL1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FOXL1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ACC, KIRC, and STAD are the cancer types where FOXL1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
