FOXL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOXL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,304 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FOXC2_S219, FMNL3, and MFGE8. Each is linked with FOXL1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXL1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FOXL1 versus FOXC2_S219 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
