FOXK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOXK1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, MSH2, and PKC-b-II_pS660. Each is linked with FOXK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXK1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by FOXK1-low versus FOXK1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
