FOXK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FOXK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 184 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPVF, C3orf85, and RNF8. Each is linked with FOXK1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXK1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPVF grouped by FOXK1-low versus FOXK1-high in KIDNEY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
