FOXJ2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FOXJ2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,034 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXJ2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TULP3, ZNF384, and KDM5A. Each is linked with FOXJ2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXJ2-to-partner and partner-to-FOXJ2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FOXJ2 versus TULP3 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXJ2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXJ2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
