Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOXJ1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 62 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FOXJ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6788, MIR6857, and MIR3912. Each is linked with FOXJ1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXJ1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXJ1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6788 grouped by FOXJ1-low versus FOXJ1-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXJ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXJ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
