FOXH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOXH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 123 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4B1, OR4K1, and MIR8070. Each is linked with FOXH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXH1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4B1 grouped by FOXH1-low versus FOXH1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
