FOXG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOXG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,221 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TK1, FCER1A, and RCC1. Each is linked with FOXG1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXG1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TK1 grouped by FOXG1-low versus FOXG1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
