The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher FOXE3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FOXE3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and LIHC are the cancer types where FOXE3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
