FOXE3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOXE3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 159 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXE3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUTF2P3, CXCL1P1, and ATG3P1. Each is linked with FOXE3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXE3-to-partner and partner-to-FOXE3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
