Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOXD4L5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,630 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FOXD4L5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein stabilization, Obsolete histone methylation, and Glycerolipid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with FOXD4L5 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXD4L5-to-partner and partner-to-FOXD4L5 results are reported.
