Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FOXD4L5 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FOXD4L5 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher FOXD4L5 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FOXD4L5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and UCS show a favorable association.

DLBC, COAD, and KICH are the cancer types where FOXD4L5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
