Across TCGA cell cohorts, FOXD4L5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,286 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FOXD4L5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pre-mRNA catabolic process, Negative regulation of mRNA processing, and Calcium-independent cell-matrix adhesion. Each is linked with FOXD4L5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXD4L5-to-partner and partner-to-FOXD4L5 results are reported.
