FOXD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOXD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,540 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FAM83H, HNMT, and MEF2C_S222. Each is linked with FOXD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXD1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FOXD1 versus FAM83H in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
