The most reproducible FOXC2-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell surface receptor signaling pathway involved in heart development, Collagen biosynthetic process, and Vascular associated smooth muscle cell development. Each is linked with FOXC2-AS1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXC2-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXC2-AS1 results are reported.
