Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FOXC2-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FOXC2-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher FOXC2-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FOXC2-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and KIRC show a favorable association.

BLCA, KICH, and MESO are the cancer types where FOXC2-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
