FOXA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FOXA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1A1, OR1L1, and PRAMEF18. Each is linked with FOXA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXA3-to-partner and partner-to-FOXA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1A1 grouped by FOXA3-low versus FOXA3-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
