FOXA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOXA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 622 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4743, PGAM1P1, and MIR3909. Each is linked with FOXA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXA2-to-partner and partner-to-FOXA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4743 grouped by FOXA2-low versus FOXA2-high in UCS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
