FOXA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FOXA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,304 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are UNC5CL, FOXP1, and PROX1. Each is linked with FOXA2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXA2-to-partner and partner-to-FOXA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FOXA2 versus UNC5CL in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
