FOXA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FOXA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 92 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OPRPN, GPR101, and OR56A1. Each is linked with FOXA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXA2-to-partner and partner-to-FOXA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OPRPN grouped by FOXA2-low versus FOXA2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
