FOSL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOSL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,290 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOSL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are UPP1, KCNJ11, and CAV2. Each is linked with FOSL1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOSL1-to-partner and partner-to-FOSL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FOSL1 versus UPP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOSL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOSL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
