Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FOLR2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FOLR2 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher FOLR2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FOLR2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD and ESCA are the cancer types where FOLR2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
