FOLR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOLR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,231 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOLR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLEKHO2, STAB1, and TBC1D2B. Each is linked with FOLR2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOLR2-to-partner and partner-to-FOLR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FOLR2 versus PLEKHO2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOLR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOLR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
