Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOLR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 631 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOLR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR98, MTATP6P20, and RNU1-48P. Each is linked with FOLR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOLR2-to-partner and partner-to-FOLR2 results are reported.
