The most reproducible FOLR2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Myeloid leukocyte mediated immunity, Cellular response to folic acid, and Serotonin secretion. Each is linked with FOLR2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOLR2-to-partner and partner-to-FOLR2 results are reported.
