FOLR1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOLR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,966 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOLR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM107A, WFDC2, and MSLN. Each is linked with FOLR1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOLR1-to-partner and partner-to-FOLR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FOLR1 versus FAM107A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOLR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOLR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
