Across TCGA cell cohorts, FOLR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,018 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOLR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to folic acid, Negative regulation of mRNA metabolic process, and Regulation of amyloid fibril formation. Each is linked with FOLR1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOLR1-to-partner and partner-to-FOLR1 results are reported.
