FOLH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOLH1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOLH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E1, Lck, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with FOLH1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOLH1-to-partner and partner-to-FOLH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E1 grouped by FOLH1-low versus FOLH1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOLH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOLH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
